Hurt or made sick at work in Nevada? We accept Nevada workers' compensation claims and see injured workers for lung conditions, work exposures, and related medical care. New patients get same-week appointments.
Conditions We See Under Nevada Workers' Comp
- Lung problems from dust, smoke, fumes, or chemical exposure at work
- Occupational asthma and work-related breathing problems
- Medical conditions tied to a workplace injury or exposure
How Nevada Workers' Comp Works
Report your injury to your employer and file your claim. Your treating provider completes the medical section of the C-4 form and sends records to your employer's insurer or third-party administrator.
Your insurer keeps a list of approved treating providers and must give you the list within 3 working days of your written request. Before your visit, ask your insurer or administrator to confirm our clinic for your claim, or call us and our team will help you check.
If you want to change doctors within 90 days of your injury, Nevada's form D-53 explains how to choose an alternative physician.
Testing in Our Clinic
Full pulmonary function testing, including DLCO, plus a 12-lead EKG, happen in our clinic, so your workup and reports move faster.
