Spravato Treatment in Las Vegas, NV
When two or more antidepressants haven't helped your depression, Spravato works differently. Spravato (esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression, used alongside an oral antidepressant in a certified clinic. We provide Spravato in a private, comfortable treatment room at our S Jones Blvd clinic.

Who Spravato Is For
Adults 18 and older whose depression hasn't improved after trying at least two antidepressants. Jonathan reviews your history, medications, and blood pressure before starting.
What a Treatment Session Looks Like
You check in, and we take your blood pressure. You use the nasal spray yourself under our supervision, then rest in a private room while our staff monitors you for about two hours. Dizziness, sleepiness, nausea, or feeling detached are common during this time and fade before you leave. You need a ride home, and you should not drive until the next day after a full night's sleep.
Treatment Schedule
Most patients come twice a week for the first four weeks, once a week for weeks five through eight, then weekly or every other week based on how you respond.
Insurance
Many insurance plans, including Medicare, cover Spravato with prior authorization, and our team helps with the authorization process. We are in network with all insurers, including Humana, except Health Plan of Nevada (HPN) and Intermountain.
