Internal Medicine and Primary Care in Las Vegas, NV

Internal medicine is the connective tissue of our clinic. For some patients, primary care here means a long term home with a single physician who knows their history. For others, it is a consultative visit for a specific question, ordered by a specialist who wants the diagnostic loop closed under one roof. Either way, the work is the same: listen carefully, examine thoroughly, order what is actually needed, and write a plan you can understand.

Who this service is for

We see adults, 18 and over, who want their primary care delivered alongside their specialty care, or who are managing chronic conditions that benefit from being seen in a multispecialty setting. Our internal medicine team is a common entry point for DOL/OWCP and DEEOIC patients who need general adult medical care in addition to their accepted specialty conditions.

• Preventive care, annual exams, and adult health maintenance
• Diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol
• Post hospitalization follow up and medication reconciliation
• Complex multispecialty coordination
• Acute adult illness, when an appointment can be arranged in a clinically appropriate window

What to expect at your first visit

New patient visits run longer than a routine follow up. We review your full medical history, your medications, your family history, and what brought you in. We perform a complete adult physical and order baseline labs when you have not had them recently. Most patients leave with the lab orders already sent, the EKG result reviewed if one was needed, and a written plan that spells out the next steps.

In-house diagnostics

Routine labs are drawn at the clinic and a 12 lead EKG is available the same day. If your workup needs pulmonary function testing, our on site PFT lab is steps away. Keeping testing under one roof reduces the number of trips you have to make and shortens the time between question and answer.

Insurance and access

We accept most major insurance plans, OWCP, and DEEOIC. Humana and HPN are not accepted at this time. In office and telehealth follow ups are available for established patients. Se habla español.
